Sure thing. I want all my customers to totally fall in love with my work and, for this reason, I take detailed photos and describe the product as accurately as possible. If you are totally unsatisfied with your purchase, it is still possible to make a replacement.
Items can be returned as long as they have not been used and must be returned with all original packaging in a re-saleable condition and protected for transport.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs which include tracking, and the new shipping cost. I’ll dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once I receive your return. Please contact me me within 7 days of delivery and ship returns back to me within 14 days of delivery.
