Most frequent questions and answers

Yes, you are all welcome in my atelier. However, please keep in mind that I do not always have all the objects available to show. If you are interested in something specific write me an email before coming

You ca buy here on my online shop securely via credit card or bank transfer or come to visit me at my  Atelier, in via Dante Alighieri 17, Oltrona di San Mamette, Italy.

If the object in question is in stock in my atelier, I will be more than happy to send it straight away. If the piece has to be created from scratch, the process will of course require more time. The making process varies according to the weather, the period of the year, the quantity and the orders that are already placed. Write me an email for more details.

The cost of shipping is 10 euro for Italy but varies accordingly to the weight for European orders.
I offer free shipping above 150 euro for Italy and above 350 euro for Europe.

For the online orders, Payments are accepted directly in the online shop.
If you come and visit me in the studio or you will find me at a market, the payment can be by cash, transfer or credit card.

The material has to be paid in at the moment of order confirmation, both online and in the atelier.

Yes, according to my ability and possibilities. If you have something in mind write me an email so we can discuss the details.
PLEASE NOTE: For this kind of order I consider a deposit (50% of the total) that will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Of course! When you place your order, just specify that it is a gift and add the recipient’s name and address.

I use the BRT system with tracked shipping to any address. I Please contact me prior to making the purchase, if insurance, priority or first class mail is preferred.
PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, customs fees and taxes incurred for international deliveries fall under the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping fee.

All the materials that I use are all certified UE and safe for me and for you.
You can use my porcelains for food, put them in the dishwasher and microwave; use any soap and product for cleaning and so on. The only thing they don’t like is the thermal shock so I suggest avoiding the oven.
Porcelain does not require special maintenance.

I pack the porcelain in the safest way possible for transport but, in case you receive a damaged item, write me within 7 days of delivery, providing me with your invoice number, and a photo of the damage and I will ship your order again at no additional cost.

I want all my customers to totally fall in love with my work and, for this reason, I take detailed photos and describe the product as accurately as possible. If you are totally unsatisfied with your purchase, it is still possible to make a return.
Items can be returned as long as they have not been used and must be returned with all original packaging in a re-saleable condition and protected for transport. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs which include tracking. I will refund only the price of the object, not the price of the shipping.

Items can be returned as long as they have not been used and must be returned with all original packaging in a re-saleable condition and protected for transport.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs which include tracking, and the new shipping cost. I’ll dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once I receive your return. Please contact me me within 7 days of delivery and ship returns back to me within 14 days of delivery.
